No way do I want this project. Help the Town Center
When you say help the town center what do you mean? I heard that it was hard for the owners to get the appropriate permits from the Village to change uses/tenants of the center. Are you saying the village should be more flexible with the business owners there? If so I’m on board.
The village should help the theater to become digital, and support the store owners that exist. If the village helps the Town Center it could become a nice place to shop, and maybe we can get some new tenents.
